EXPIRATION DATES: all applications for registration at the masterclass must be received no later than 10th July 2021.

All applications must include the registration form, the receipt of payment, the curriculum vitae, the photocopies of the identity document.

The student must pay the registration fee and half of the course fee as a deposit no later than 10th July 2021. The payment of the remaining of the fee must be paid on the first day of the course. A representative of the organizing association will be present from 9.00 a.m. to 12.00 a.m.

Identity document

We accept photocopies of the birth certificate, identity card, passport or other official documents that contain the date of birth.

OPTIONAL: Video or audio audition on CD or DVD or video on Youtube or other website. A video or audio recording that demonstrates the instrumental level of the candidates is preferable but not mandatory; it must contain two pieces of different periods for a total duration of at least 10 minutes.

In case of exceeding the maximum number of students, interested parties will be asked to send a video of their own short performance directly to the Masters as an exam for admission to the Masterclass.

Incomplete applications will not be considered.

8. 8)       Master Class 2018 Regulations:
   

BEFORE REGISTERING, PLEASE READ THE REGULATION CAREFULLY.

1) All Masterclasses are open to musicians of all nationalities, without age limits. In the event of a request for participation in excess of the available places, a selection will be made on the curriculum and on any presented video auditions.

2) A maximum of eight students will be selected for each Masterclass.

3) Rimachèride reserves the right to accept or reject applications submitted on the basis of the documentation received. In case of non-admission, the registration fee will be reimbursed. The admission will be communicated to the students within a week from the date of the application receipt.

4) After admission, detailed information will be provided on the accommodation affiliated with the master class.

5) If a candidate that has been accepted as a student needs to cancel their participation in the master classes, it must be communicated to the Rimachèride secretary as soon as possible. a) For those who cancel their participation before 12th July 2021, half of the amount paid as a deposit will be reimbursed; b) for those who cancel after 12th July 2021, the amount paid cannot be reimbursed.

6) The students are required to cover all expenses for travel, board and lodging.

7) The actual students must choose their repertoire for the Masterclasses.

8) In case of cancellation of the course due to insufficient members, the registration and attendance fees will be reimbursed.

9) The registration for the Masterclass is subject to the terms and conditions presented in this regulation.
